Hartford, Conn. The Trinity College women s track and field team, under the direction of head coach George Suitor (24th season), saw strong individual and team performances in 2015-16 during both the indoor and outdoor seasons. In the spring, multiple Bantams earned individual honors, highlighted by senior tri-captain Lily Talesnick (Denver, Colo.) earning All-New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) honors in the discus throw, hammer throw, and shot put, and junior Katie Tonyai (Jaffrey, N.H.) earning All-NESCAC honors in the 100-meter dash with a Trinity-record-breaking finish.
