LAWRENCE, Kan. – Missing one of its usual top five runners, No. 4 men's cross country was topped by No. 3 Aquinas and No. 8 Lewis-Clark State and finished third overall at the NAIA Preview Meet which was run on the same course that will host the NAIA Championships. The Bears proved they could run with the top teams as they had three runners finish before every time but did not have the depth with one of the usual top five finishers out of the race.

Waterford, Conn. - Freshman Cassandra Cronin (Londonderry, N.H.) finished 62nd with a time of 24:02 to lead the Trinity College Bantams to 15th in the team standings at Connecticut College Women's Cross Country Invitational at Harkness State Park this afternoon. Trinity totaled 392 points and Tufts won the meet with 52 points.
